Erroneous charges of $60 to $88 dollars reported on negative reviews should let them know FAMILIES do not appreciate being taken advantage of… telling us at the last minute about some random charge not covered by insurance within days of our appt making parents choose between paying your fake charge or having appt canceled if we didn’t pay asap per your appt clerk! You KNOW all pediatric dentists are booked up for months. You are doing this on purpose. You are horrible and greedy. Disgusting and unprofessional!
Dr. Gross was great however the office manager has been avoiding me for almost three months. Not answering or returning my calls. I paid up front out of pocket and was expecting a reimbursement check after the insurance process was completed. Now they have full payment from me and the insurance checks as well and won't even try to contact me and consistently avoiding my attempts to contact the manager. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau
