cindy Castillo charged my insurrance through Dental Options Miami to make a hasty diagnostic after 5 mn and only a glance at a poor quality xray..she refused to show for my scheduled follow up visit, not willing to look at a 3D scan! If you want no explaination no follow up and be treated very badly! …. Cindy Castillo is for you I suggested you find another more professionnal and humane endodontist!

I pad $2k for Invisalign and never received. I have made multiple attempts over the last six months and they ignore you/do not return calls. I paid them $2k and have nothing. This is theft. I made a payment to what I thought was a legitimate dental practice and received nothing in return.

Dr Gross is good. However, the lady who is doing my night guard mold used a mold that is larger than my mouth and put it rudely. It makes my mouth bleeding all day long. She is rude and inpatient. I don’t think she get enough training to work. After she used a wrong mold. She asked a senior lady and she found the correct mold. Why she can work independently without supervision? It’s a nightmare. My mouth is still keep bleeding

Dr. Gegati had Dr. Escobar remove a tooth. I wouldn't suggest this barbaric disgusting individual. Not only did he shoot novacaine directly into my mouth numerous times, but he stitched me while I felt it. He violently scraped my tooth out. My gum is now into my cheek, I have been running a 100.0 temperature since Tuesday and haven't eaten because two days later I am still projectile vomiting liquids and little pieces of gum and blood. The stitches are touching the tooth below. Disgraceful!
