Excellent...great staff, great service, knowledgable and fair...no gimmicks, no forced extra treatments...just a solid diagnosis on what's needed...my 3 year old daughter just LOVES this place-can't say that about many 3 year olds in a dentist office-this should say it all....we tried a few places and this is hands down the BEST

I felt very relaxed in the environment from the beginning. Her assistants were hospitable and I was made very comfortable prior to meeting Dr. Napoli. Upon meeting her I was confident about having my ongoing dental work done with her. Very professional and kind.

I have been dealing with Dr. Gross for about six months now. I would recommend him to anybody. Dr. Gross is passionate about his work. The staff is very friendly. The hygenist that performed my deep clean was very patient and kind. She made sure I was very comfortable during the procedure. I plan to keep coming to Dr. Gross dentental practice for many years to come.

Dr. Gross is one of the best dentists I have ever come across. Very professional, treats you like family and, as busy as he always is with patients (which further shows how great a dentist he is!), he still takes the time to address any concerns you might have. I highly recommend him!
I just started going to this dental practice after a disastrous experience with another one in Cary.. So far so good. Everyone is extremely friendly, they are open 7 days a week which is unheard of. Everyone who speaks to you seems authentic and real vs. the fake sugary sweet you get from other practices. They are in-network with several insurance companies and their rates are extremely reasonable. Fast, efficient, kind, welcoming.
