I saw Dr. Pingel in Platteville for TMJ pain I have been experiencing for 7+ years. She spent less than 10 minutes with me, very short exam, did not take xrays, and referred me to someone in Middleton. Stating that she "does TMJ surgery, but I didn't need it". She was more focused on the medications I am currently taking, made me feel very insignificant, and discriminated against. I was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. I am very disappointed with the treatment, or lack there of, I received.
Short And sweet why I am at 1 star. 1) Long Wait to get in 2) Wanted me to up sell me on things before I agreed to have work done that would have cost me 750$ even though I did not have work done 3) Lost information and contacted us so they can bill our Ins. Then showed me as 90 days past due.. I paid The bill the next day after i got it.. I work in sales and Most dental and medical places like up sell people things they don't need.
