Dr. Galati is very kind, gentle, patient and professional. He is excellent in knowledge and skills in his field. He is never rushed and takes time to carefully explain the procedure and answers all questions. He has performed two root canals on me. I used to be afraid of dental procedures, but he is so very understanding that I am very glad to select him again for a procedure. His support staff are good, too. They also explain, listen and care.
Dr. Richard Finley was very thorough and answered all my questions with my tooth problem. Polite, Nice, and explanatory throughout my visit. Would recommend to anyone. Great customer service at the front desk as well.
My son went in for a root canal. Excellent experience. They are very thorough. The doctor spent extra time explaining all the intricacies of the procedure and what to expect. He really had very little to no discomfort afterwards.
Root canals are not a pleasant experience but the staff and Dr Gulati tried to make it as painless as possible. He let me know I could stop the procedure if I needed a break and often asked if I was doing OK. Thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect after I went home and stressed I should start taking ibuprofen before the numbness wore off. I would go to him again if needed.
Dr. Gulati is an expert! He located and successfully treated a troublesome issue I had that had stumped others before him. And his staff is so, so caring. Plus they are sensitive enough to their busy patients to keep wait times to a minimum!
