In short, I am filing a complaint with the State Board of Dental Examiners for my 5 yo son. He was physically held down by 3 associates to take an X-ray that was unnecessary. It was a routine exam and cleaning prior to school starting. My son was traumatized for a procedure that did not need to happen.
