My daughter required fillings on her teeth so we went in to get it done. The first time, they numbed her up and had her sitting for about 45 minutes before coming back to work on her. By this time, her anxiety was high and she would not sit still. They attempted it a second time, and Dr Davis said she was not able to do it. She said she needed to be put completely under at Childrens Hospital for the procedure. I was hesitant about it but agreed. We've been seeing you for two years, I have never provided my social security number as it is not required for verification of benefits.
