Dr Boxx removed a wisdom tooth that was sitting on a nerve. After having tooth filled by my dentist, the nerve went haywire and the pain was to much for me. Dr Boxx was very professional and caring and extracted the tooth and relieved all the pain. He explained exactly what he was going to do. Since my mouth is small, we decided it would be easier if I was put to sleep in case he had to stretch my mouth.. The only pain I experienced was from stretching my jaw. He removed 4 wisdom teeth from my 17 year old. Not only was the surgery a success but he called to check in on my son. He supplied his cell phone and made himself available post surgery, regardless of time.

Removing a wisdom tooth. The thought does not bring up much in the way of happy, uplifting, seashell and balloon-type thoughts, right? Right. From diagnosis with my dentist to eval with Dr. Boxx to the extraction with Dr. Boxx, I worried. Someone had to do it. When he was done, I was surprised. The day after, I was even more surprised. The 2nd day, I had no need for pain relief meds and began realizing what a gift I'd been given.
