Excellent experience with Dr. Ferguson. He is kind, caring and efficient. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years with many surgeons in just about every specialty, and it is rare for the surgeon to contact the patient himself the next day after surgery, or to give pathology results unless the news is not good. Most physicians have their clinical support staff follow up with the patient, and call for test results. Despite having oral surgery and the pain associated with anything dental, we had a fantastic visit and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. It was easy to communicate, and we felt well informed and cared for at every step. We even had personal follow up calls from the doctor himself. Great bedside manner and encouraging interactions. Hopefully we won’t need to return, but if we do - best choice ever.
