Dr Shana and her office manager, Michele, did a great job of explaining how the appliance worked, my options, insurance requirements for each of the options and how the process would work. Once I made the decision on which appliance the staff acted very quick to order the device just as they said they would do. They were in constant contact with me to ensure my questions were answered, a final appliance was selected based on best performance and I began seeing the benefits immediately. It’s my pleasure to give the highest rating possible! Dr Dorland and her staff are amazing, caring people. I had been trying to navigate getting an oral sleep appliance for two years. I walked into the office, she listened, solved all the problems/road blocks that had been thrown at me the last two years. I have been battling good sleep for a long time due to my husbands snoring. Dr Shana fitted him for his snoring guard and I haven’t gotten this good of sleep in a long time. Even though I wasn’t the patient I am just as grateful for this and highly recommend it to everyone who battles sleep apnea. Thank you Dr Shana!
