I have been seeing Dr. Richards for the last 10 years, and I truly won’t go anywhere else. The office staff, hygienists + Dr. Richards are truly family! Tami, my hygienist was so gentle with my gums/teeth yesterday, since they were irritated. She was kind, compassionate + gave me good advice, tips and tricks on how to improve my oral health! From the moment you walk in until the second you leave, you are greeted with smiles and kindness from the entire staff. They truly make you feel like family! Tami cleans my teeth and she is extra gentle and patient with me which eases my anxiety. She’s the best hygienist ever! I happily recommend Richards Dentistry because I’ve never felt as calm in any other dental chair at any other dental practice as I do with Richards Dentistry.
This was my first visit to Richards dentistry. What a wonderful experience, everyone was so kind and friendly! Dr. Richards was very helpful in taking care of my dental issues and explained everything very clearly to me along the way. I would highly recommend!
Little to no wait time for scheduled appointments. Scheduling appointments is easy. The dentist takes the less is more approach and doesn't push extra procedures. Received kindness from the entire staff. Costs for cleanings and procedures are reasonable for self-pay individuals.
I am a brand new patient to the office and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and Dr Lively was great to work with. I found my new dentist office today.
