I recently had a procedure performed at Richards Dentistry, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The front office staff Misty and Caroline, were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What’s not to like about Richards Dentistry? Always met with a smile, the entire staff takes the time to remember you, your kids names and always professional. Just generally a great experience. Comfortable waiting lounge area although I’ve never had to wait long as they’re always on schedule. Dr. Richards and his staff are great! Highly recommend.
Amazing team. Tami is an unbelievable hygienist, the smoothest teeth I've had in a long time and so gentle and patient with me. Dr Lively - this is the first time I've gotten a crown and not had to do any adjustments!
I have lived in 3 states and been to dentists all over. Dr. Richards is by far superior to all!!! He never makes me feel rushed and always answers my questions. I also never feel pressured to commit to any procedures and I feel like they really have my back on budget friendly options. The front office is also super friendly and just so accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about this practice!!!
Great team of very kind and caring people! We always have a great experience from the front office to the hygienists and dentists. They stay current with technology and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I grew up seeing Dr McDougal. Now my children and I see Dr Richards and Dr Lively. I always feel like we are in excellent hands.
