First, I appreciate how quickly I was able to make an appointment. I especially appreciate that I felt like Dr. Kaplan made me feel prioritized by allowing me to schedule the next day (due to someone else’s cancellation.. not sure how typical that is) but it worked out well. Instructions were clear and I am satisfied overall. I have to also add how extremely kind the other staff were. Everyone from the personnel who did my xray to the assistant in the operating/surgical room.
Dr. Lauren Kaplan is a wonderful Doctor of Dental Surgery and has a wonderful demeanor for a frighten patient (me), She made the entire time painless and she made sure I was comfortable before as she started. A wonderful and caring person as well and made my experience knowing she "had my back". I will look forward when a possible implant might occur. Thank you. Dr Kaplin and staff set me at ease during my procedure. They are a caring bunch that explained everything they were going to do prior to and after care. If I ever needed to go back she is the one that I want to take care of me.
I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan! Due to a bad experience with my own wisdom teeth removal, I was nervous for my 15 y/o daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed at such a young age. But Dr. Kaplan did a great job. She made sure my daughter was comfortable during surgery and my daughter did great after surgery. No complications, and minimal pain (3-4/10 at the most.) Everything healed beautifully and my daughter was eating regular soft foods hours after surgery. I will definitely use her anytime I need oral surgery service... read more
Needed oral surgery before end of 2023 insurance ran out. Doctor Kaplan was able to do a fantastic job, even though it was 3 days before Christmas. Cannot say thank you enough. Procedure was quite and with very little discomfort. Staff at Chester office is great. Highly recommend!
