Dr. Lauren Kaplan is a wonderful Doctor of Dental Surgery and has a wonderful demeanor for a frighten patient (me), She made the entire time painless and she made sure I was comfortable before as she started. A wonderful and caring person as well and made my experience knowing she "had my back". I will look forward when a possible implant might occur. Thank you. First, I appreciate how quickly I was able to make an appointment. I especially appreciate that I felt like Dr. Kaplan made me feel prioritized by allowing me to schedule the next day (due to someone else’s cancellation.. not sure how typical that is) but it worked out well. Instructions were clear and I am satisfied overall. I have to also add how extremely kind the other staff were. Everyone from the personnel who did my xray to the assistant in the operating/surgical room.
I have only positive observations about Dr. Kaplan and Carly, her assistant. Both were very communicative during my visit. I was told what was going to happen and I knew when the procedure ended. Great job guys!
I had several teeth removed with the plan of getting implants. I kept getting appointment reminders. I never got an estimate for the price. I went in for my appointment. I was told I had to pay $2000 to be seen. Needless to say, I didn’t have that. I told them I could pay $200 and make payments. I made payments for other treatments. They wanted $500. Dr Kaplin and staff set me at ease during my procedure. They are a caring bunch that explained everything they were going to do prior to and after care. If I ever needed to go back she is the one that I want to take care of me.
