I would highly recommend Great River OMS to anyone needing oral surgery. The whole staff was wonderful,from the front desk to all the nurses and Dr. Pingel who did a painless removal of my wisdom tooth. I have had no side effects what so ever. Thank You!
I had a great experience at the Platteville location. It was easy to check in and staff was super friendly. I did not have to wait at all. The nurse was informative and friendly and explained how the procedure would go. Dr. French also explained the steps he would be doing for the tooth extraction. I just had local anesthesia and I did not experience any pain throughout the procedure. I was given excellent instructions for post op care I needed to do at home. My experience with Dr. Nagel was nothing short of excellent. I had two very large Torri on the bottom of my mouth that needed out. I was beyond scared of this surgery for 30 years. After going through this with Dr. Nagel I was scared for no reason. He was comforting, and communicated very well through it all. His staff in both Dubuque and Platteville were just as good. I will be referring him always.
I received wonderful care from Dr. King and his staff. I was contacted 3 days after my procedure to check how I was doing.
