I am taking my daughter there for wisdom teeth removal, and today was her consultation. They were very professional, and we were seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The costs were explained up-front, and everything was transparent. My questions were answered clearly, and the staff were all very friendly.
Receptionist was unwelcoming. We called from Illinois and asked if they took my insurance and they said yes and I also asked if it would be ok because I’m from Illinois and they said no problem. On the hour long drive there we check in and they ask for insurance and we give it to them and they say that it can’t work because I have Illinois insurance. I’ve put off getting dental work for years. Which landed me here when I finally decided to take care of my smile. This has to be the best place ever. Dr King is amazing! As well as the staff! Thank you all for making me feel at ease and comfortable coming into your office.
Staff were all friendly, professional, and respectful. The preparation for an extraction was very thorough, considerate, and supportive for my needs. The extraction procedure was painless, professional, and “fast”. I was particularly impressed with the genuine concern expressed by Dr French and all the staff, regarding my personal comfort and supporting my “fears” and “anxieties”. I highly recommend going to Dr French for any of your specialized dental needs!
Every single person I encountered was very polite and professional. Unlike Spring Park Oral surgery in Davenport, the emphasis was not on getting your money first before the procedure. I am four days post tooth extraction, and doing very well
