Dr. Kaplan is an amazing dentist. I am very happy with the way I was taken care of when she removed my wisdom teeth. She’s very kind and soft spoken. And they made sure my lips weren’t dry 😅 only complaint is when the receptionist greeted us, it just seemed very emotionless. It would also be a great heads up for patients who decide to use the payment plan, that it is a wait for the receptionist to input a request for it.
The lady who works in front desk she’s nasty I was there she talking to me like she’s paying my rent very nasty attitude no smiles very mean lady my message to her if you have problems at home don’t take it with you to work or just take a day off because you dealing with patients people sick they having a lot of problems and they come to you talking to them that way that not professional at all
I cannot say enough about Dr. Kaplan and the amazing staff at Commonwealth Oral & Facial surgery! From my first appointment/ consultation until my procedure, I was truly blown away. I'm terrified of going to dentist, but they were informative, personable, and very empathetic. Dr. Kaplan and her team were amazing with my wisdom teeth extractions! My surgery was scheduled at 9:30 am and was started right on time. I was given thorough before and after care instructions and a detailed explanation of my procedure and what to expect. They thoroughly checked to make sure I had someone with me to drive me home and help with my after care. Dr. Kaplan expertly placed my iv for fluids and sedation. I absolutely LOVE this practice! The front desk staff, treatment coordinators, nurses, and doctors are all outstanding service individuals, which is sadly no longer the norm in the US healthcare business model.
