I absolutely LOVE this practice! The front desk staff, treatment coordinators, nurses, and doctors are all outstanding service individuals, which is sadly no longer the norm in the US healthcare business model. Dr. Kaplan is an amazing dentist. I am very happy with the way I was taken care of when she removed my wisdom teeth. She’s very kind and soft spoken. And they made sure my lips weren’t dry 😅 only complaint is when the receptionist greeted us, it just seemed very emotionless. It would also be a great heads up for patients who decide to use the payment plan, that it is a wait for the receptionist to input a request for it.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Kaplan and the amazing staff at Commonwealth Oral & Facial surgery! From my first appointment/ consultation until my procedure, I was truly blown away. Dr. Kaplan and her team were amazing with my wisdom teeth extractions! My surgery was scheduled at 9:30 am and was started right on time. I was given thorough before and after care instructions and a detailed explanation of my procedure and what to expect. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Broccoli today, and it was waaayyyy easier than people make it out to be. I was a little worried since it was my first one, but it was literally over before I knew we started. The medication wore off, and I’m in zero pain. Thanks y’all! Fantastic job!
