Dr. Kaplan is an amazing dentist. I am very happy with the way I was taken care of when she removed my wisdom teeth. She’s very kind and soft spoken. And they made sure my lips weren’t dry 😅 only complaint is when the receptionist greeted us, it just seemed very emotionless. It would also be a great heads up for patients who decide to use the payment plan, that it is a wait for the receptionist to input a request for it.
Dr. Kaplan and her team were amazing with my wisdom teeth extractions! My surgery was scheduled at 9:30 am and was started right on time. I was given thorough before and after care instructions and a detailed explanation of my procedure and what to expect. They thoroughly checked to make sure I had someone with me to drive me home and help with my after care. Dr. Kaplan expertly placed my iv for fluids and sedation. Oh my! Dr. Kaplan is AMAZING. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and never once even needed a pain killer! Not even Tylenol! How is that possible! Everyone so friendly in the office. Strong recommendation here 👍🏼
I had a broken tooth, and due to being on immunotherapy for cancer treatments, My general dentist referred me to Dr Broccoli at the Chester office. Dr Broccoli and his assistant were great together. I was so nervous, but they talked me through everything. My tooth broke into pieces, but he was able to remove all pieces, absolutely NO pain at all. When I arrived for my appointment, the lady at the front desk took a while to acknowledge I was standing there. She had her head buried in the paperwork in front of her. I wish she would have been a little more courteous. Aside from that, Dr. Broccoli and his assistant Christina were both OUTSTANDING! I had to have two extractions. I freaked out a little and they were still both very patient AND accomodating. They answered all questions I had in an easy to understand fashion.
