I was referred to Cambridge Caregivers by a family friend when my father had some unexpected complications during a routine surgery. His recovery involved fairly intensive at home care, that none of us had much experience with handling or executing. Cambridge Caregivers were referred to us by a friend and they were simply amazing. The team was extraordinarily professional relative to scheduling and assigning fantastic care providers. Could not speak more highly of Cambridge Caregivers if I tried. I only wish I had called them sooner. Masha is the absolute best and will do everything in her power to match your loved one with the best caregiver for them possible. I really liked how if we had to have a new caregiver for whatever reason, Masha was always there to introduce everyone and ensure a smooth transition. Caregiving is hard. Caring for my dad with in home hospice is difficult even with Medicare paying part of it. Hiring Cambridge Caregivers was the best decision I made. I was nervous at first because the night before their first visit we had a rough weather event and I assumed they'd be late or reschedule but to our surprise they showed up on time that morning ready to provide care. All of their caregivers were very good. They were all well trained and experienced at providing care.

My family and I have become a client of Cambridge Caregivers now three times for short term, but sometimes urgent assistance. Cindy Greenberg has done a phenomenal job every time getting us both caregivers and nurses. It seems as if she works around the clock for us. She goes above and beyond to handle logistics of getting each RN to our location at the right time and coordinates between shifts, which makes our lives so much easier.
