Berks Oral Surgery exceeded my expectations. Every single employee greeted us with a friendly, positive disposition as though they had known us for years. From the consultation appointment in Exeter to the procedure in Wyomissing, we were given very clear information and explanations. Dr. Fallon was amazing. Everything was good with dental hygienist & dentist with my tooth extraction. The wait from when I checked in and the time it started to do extraction was a bit timely. Was given a surprise at check.in that I had to pay $185 up front before.anything was done. I think that information could have been told to me after I made appointment or in the text I received days before. My son had an appointment to have a tooth pulled on Friday November 21. He hadn’t been having any pain up until Saturday evening on November 15 and Sunday morning it got really bad. I called to leave a message and to my suprise was able to speak with someone and explain what was going on. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and the team at Berks Oral Surgery did an amazing job! It was my first time going under anesthesia and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Now in recovery, I have little to no pain and minor swelling. Dr. Winan and his team are amazing and I highly recommend.
Dr. Winans is amazing. He is truly an amazing oral surgeon, extremely knowledgeable, listens to concerns and just a really really nice man. I couldn't ask for a better person to deal with my bone graphing and placement of my implant. I have never seen any of the other doctors there but I would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone needing work done by an oral surgeon. Thank you so much Dr Winans for all the work and care you dedicated to me over the past year.
